Jay Wertzberger, legal videographer, or subcontracted representative, will perform industry standard ‘Deposition Videography,’ arriving early for setup, using a 3CCD digital camera, standard grey backdrop, lavalier/boundary microphones, recording to digital master, provide an audio cassette for court reporter, and conduct legal video technician procedure in order to videotape depositions and legal proceedings.

Deposition.TV will maintain all video masters as required by Civil Code of Procedure, Section 2035, at the office in Van Nuys, CA, for six months after trial or settlement.
